PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The CM Bingo Bonus Giveaway is available from 00:00 18.01.21 (UK Time) until 23:59 24.01.21 (UK Time).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This promotion is available to new and existing, verified, real money customers on ladbrokes.com aged over 18 years.

HOW TO QUALIFY AND ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

4. To qualify and be able to claim this Bingo Bonus, you must:
   • Opt in once by clicking on the ‘opt in’ button found on the promotion page.
   • Spend a minimum of £10 on Bingo Tickets with real funds. Bingo Games must complete during the qualification period. Advanced ticket sales will be considered for qualification for the day the game is completed.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

5. Once the qualifying criteria is met, you will be entered into the Prize Draw to win one of ten £15 Bingo Bonuses.
6. Wagering Requirements for the Bingo Bonus Prizes are as follows: A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 2 TIMES THE BONUS AMOUNT. For example, with a £15 Bonus you will have to wager a total of £30 to complete the wagering requirements.
7. The Wagering Requirements for this Bingo Bonus must be met within 7 (seven) days following the date on which your Bonus becomes active otherwise any funds sitting in your Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited. Bonus must be claimed within 72 hours upon triggering and wagering requirements must be fulfilled 7 days upon the Bonus becoming active. After 7 days the Bonus and Pending Winnings will be void and not reissued.
8. Whilst you can withdraw the funds in your Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst your Bonus is active), this will mean that you fully forfeit any winnings sitting in your Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.

11. Winners of any tangible prizes will be contacted by phone within 72 hours of the winners being selected.
12. Players must ensure that all contact details are correct and up to date on their account. Should winners be non-contactable or not respond within 72 hours of initial contact then the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen at random from the remaining qualifying customers.
13. There is no cash alternative to the tangible prizes.
14. By participating you consent and agree to us passing your details on to a third party that will organise the tangible prize(s). 
15. Ladbrokes accepts no responsibility once contact has been made and the prizes have been accepted, as a third party will organise your tangible prize.
16. Unless specified, the tangible prizes do not cover costs such spending money.
17. Anything over and above the agreed limit must be paid by the winner directly.

20. By participating in this Promotion, all winners of a tangible prize will consent and agree to us passing their details on to the third party who will arrange the fulfilment of the tangible prize(s) directly with the winner. We will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21. The Promoter will not be responsible for any bookings, cancellations or alterations to any element of the tangible prize which shall be governed by terms with the third party providers, including any cancellations that are a direct or indirect result of the Covid-19 pandemic. 
22. The promoter will not be responsible for the inability of the prize winners or their guests to take up the prize.
23. Once a winner has booked their prize, the booking cannot be amended.
24. Ladbrokes and Motivates Ltd. reserve the right to change or amend the prize(s) at any given time to a prize of equivalent value.
25. We reserve the right to withhold prizes until proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed and if such proof is not provided on request, to disqualify the winner from the promotion.
