Laddie's Rewards

We have launched our exclusive rewards programme! Earn points whilst you play your favourite bingo and/or mini-games and turn them into bonuses. You don't need to do anything to join, just play as normal and watch your points balance rise!

What is Laddie's Rewards?

Ladbrokes Bingo has launched a rewards programme to say thank you every day to our customers. Each time you play, Laddie will reward you with points that you can turn in to bingo bonus or withdrawable cash.

How do I join?

You don’t need to do anything to join. Play as normal and your points will be automatically accrued.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by buying Bingo tickets and playing mini-games with your cash balance. You will receive 1 point for every €1 you spend on bingo tickets and 1 point for every €10 you spend on mini-games. Your points will be automatically updated.

What are the different levels?

The more Bingo you play, the more experienced you will be, so Laddie’s Rewards will take you through the progression from a Bingo Newbie all the way to the Bingo Master! As you climb the reward levels you will also see that there are additional bonuses for each level.

Free Monthly Bingo Room?

Once a month you will be invited to a free Bingo room exclusive to each level. The room you are invited to will be based on the level you obtained at the end of each previous month. The invitation will be to those players who have logged into the bingo lobby within 8 weeks of the monthly free bingo invite.

The free monthly bingo rooms for March will be held on Monday 14th May. You will be contacted privately with details of rooms and times.

What are Laddie's Rewards promotions?

We will be running special promotions throughout the year such as 'double points' helping you to progress along the levels.

How do I move levels and monitor my progress?

As you play and earn points Laddie will automatically move you along the levels. You can monitor your progress, see how many points you’ve got and how many more you need to move along to the next level all in the Bingo Lobby under the ‘Account’ tab at the top.

Can I be moved backwards along the levels?

Yes. To remain at a certain Laddie’s Reward level you will need to maintain the number of points required for that level each month. Find out what the required levels are in the Bingo Lobby under the ‘Account’ tab.

What can I do with my points?

You can turn your points into cash or bonus depending on your Reward level. Simply log into the Lobby and click on the ‘Account’ tab to redeem your points. You will see the exchange rate for the points shown at the bottom of the page.

If I redeem my points for a bonus, what bingo games can I spend on?

You have a choice of 6 bonuses to redeem against; each one has different bingo/slot games allocated to it. Click on the 'Bonus Category Info' button, to see what each bonus can be spent on.

How long do my points last?

Your points will last for a whole year. If you do not play during this time then you’re points will be removed.
