Pink Flowers and Cup cakes Prize draw Terms and Conditions.

The prizewinners will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator from those participants with correct entries who have entered the prize draw in accordance with these terms and conditions.

All claim entries must be received between 9th October - 15th October, 16th October – 22nd October and 23rd October - 29th October 2009 and must include your username (Account ID - NOT CHAT NAME) For postal entries Please also include your Name and Address. There is a limit of one entry per person per week. Postal entries should be sent to the promoter’s address stated above.

Purchasing 12 Bingo tickets in the Laddie’s Lucky Loft room will give you one entry to the prize draw. Every subsequent 6 Bingo tickets bought in this room gains one subsequent entry to the draw.

The prize consists of pink flowers and pink cupcakes. There are 3 sets of pink flowers and cupcakes to be won in total. Only one prize may be won per person / shared IP address. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and you cannot exchange it for any other prize or cash value, except at the promoter’s sole discretion. Please allow 14 days for delivery of all prizes. The promoter may change the prize at any time to a similar item at its discretion. If you win you will be notified of the process for prize redemption by the promoter. You are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes and duties.

The prize draw will take place on 16th October, 23rd October and 30th October for the previous week qualification. The prizewinner will be notified by email and an announcement will be made in the Luck Loft chat room on the same date. In the event of non-acceptance of the prize within the period specified by the promoter in the notification email or on the prize winner’s subsequent cancellation, or if the prize winner is discovered to be ineligible, or if the prize winner is not permitted to receive the prize due to provisions of local law, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn correct and eligible entry or withdraw the prize entirely.

Pink Concert Tickets and hotel.

The tickets are for winners with one friend to Pink in Concert tickets and hotel stay for the night after the concert.

The promoter accepts no responsibility if you are late or if you are unable to attend the event for any reason and you will not be entitled to any alternative tickets.

Travel expenses will be covered to which extent will be disclosed on a case by case basis. These expenses will be deposited into your Ladbrokes account.

Travel connections, additional charges, exit taxes, room service etc. are the responsibility of the prize winner

All travel, holiday, health or insurance shall be the responsibility of the prize winner(s) and not the promoter.

Chat game.

The chat games will take place every pink Friday daily in the Loft .

To win a chat game you must be actively playing bingo.

If the winner has not actively played bingo during the chat game, the prize will go to the person with the next correct answer.

The £1 winnings is non withdrawable funds.

Chat game winnings are subject to a 3 x limit per customer per 24-hour period.

Questions and answers will be set by Ladbrokes and so far as we are aware will the answers to them as determined by Ladbrokes will be correct.

Any dispute over the correct answer will be decided by Ladbrokes and our decision will be final.

All winnings will be paid into each winner’s account with Ladbrokes within 72 hours.

Photo competition.

Entries will be accepted until Friday 30th October 2009.

Only photographs under 3 Mbyte will be accepted.

Ladbrokes do not accept responsibly for any incomplete or incorrectly sent emails.

The decision will be made on Monday 2nd November 2009.

The judges decision is final.

All winnings will be paid into each winner’s account with Ladbrokes within 72 hours.
