1. Log in
2. Click on the "my account" at the top right of the screen
3. in the window that opens, click on the "Details" tab at the top and you will see the details you have provided us with
4. Scroll down this page and un-tick the box that says, "Please un-tick if you do not wish to recieve market research information aimed at improving our service"
5. Put your password back into the box below it and click update details
